א1 הַלְלוּ יָהּ ׀ כִּי־טוֹב זַמְּרָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ כִּֽי־נָעִים נָאוָה תְהִלָּֽה׃ hallu yah ׀ ki-tov zamrah eloheinu ki-naim navah tehilahHallelujah; for it is good to sing praises unto our G-d; for it is pleasant, and praise is comely. ב2 בּוֹנֵה יְרוּשָׁלִַם יְיָ נִדְחֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל יְכַנֵּֽס׃ boneh yerushalaim Adonai nidchei yisrael yekhanesHaShem doth build up Jerusalem, He gathereth together the dispersed of Israel; ג3 הָרֹפֵא לִשְׁבוּרֵי לֵב וּמְחַבֵּשׁ לְעַצְּבוֹתָֽם׃ harofe lishvurei lev umchabesh leatzvotamWho healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. ד4 מוֹנֶה מִסְפָּר לַכּוֹכָבִים לְכֻלָּם שֵׁמוֹת יִקְרָֽא׃ moneh mispar lakokhavim lekhulam shemot yikraHe counteth the number of the stars; He giveth them all their names. ה5 גָּדוֹל אֲדוֹנֵינוּ וְרַב־כֹּחַ לִתְבוּנָתוֹ אֵין מִסְפָּֽר׃ gadol adoneinu verav-kocha litvunato ein misparGreat is our L-rd, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite. ו6 מְעוֹדֵד עֲנָוִים יְיָ מַשְׁפִּיל רְשָׁעִים עֲדֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ meoded anavim Adonai mashpil reshaim adei-aretzHaShem upholdeth the humble; He bringeth the wicked down to the ground. ז7 עֱנוּ לַיהוָה בְּתוֹדָה זַמְּרוּ לֵאלֹהֵינוּ בְכִנּֽוֹר׃ enu layhvah betodah zamru leloheinu vekhinorSing unto HaShem with thanksgiving, sing praises upon the harp unto our G-d; ח8 הַֽמְכַסֶּה שָׁמַיִם ׀ בְּעָבִים הַמֵּכִין לָאָרֶץ מָטָר הַמַּצְמִיחַ הָרִים חָצִֽיר׃ hamkhaseh shamayim ׀ beavim hamekhin laaretz matar hamatzemicha harim chatzirWho covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh the mountains to spring with grass. ט9 נוֹתֵן לִבְהֵמָה לַחְמָהּ לִבְנֵי עֹרֵב אֲשֶׁר יִקְרָֽאוּ׃ noten livhemah lachmah livnei orev asher yikrauHe giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry. י10 לֹא בִגְבוּרַת הַסּוּס יֶחְפָּץ לֹֽא־בְשׁוֹקֵי הָאִישׁ יִרְצֶֽה׃ lo vigvurat hasus yechpatz lo-veshokei haish yirtzehHe delighteth not in the strength of the horse; He taketh no pleasure in the legs of a man. יא11 רוֹצֶה יְיָ אֶת־יְרֵאָיו אֶת־הַֽמְיַחֲלִים לְחַסְדּֽוֹ׃ rotzeh Adonai et-yereayv et-hamyachalim lechasdoHaShem taketh pleasure in them that fear Him, in those that wait for His mercy. יב12 שַׁבְּחִי יְרוּשָׁלִַם אֶת־יְיָ הַֽלְלִי אֱלֹהַיִךְ צִיּֽוֹן׃ shabchi yerushalaim et-Adonai halli elohayikh tziyonGlorify HaShem, O Jerusalem; praise thy G-d, O Zion. יג13 כִּֽי־חִזַּק בְּרִיחֵי שְׁעָרָיִךְ בֵּרַךְ בָּנַיִךְ בְּקִרְבֵּֽךְ׃ ki-chizak berichei shearayikh berakh banayikh bekirbekheFor He hath made strong the bars of thy gates; He hath blessed thy children within thee. יד14 הַשָּׂם־גְּבוּלֵךְ שָׁלוֹם חֵלֶב חִטִּים יַשְׂבִּיעֵֽךְ׃ hasam-gevulekh shalom chelev chitim yasbiyekhHe maketh thy borders peace; He giveth thee in plenty the fat of wheat. טו15 הַשֹּׁלֵחַ אִמְרָתוֹ אָרֶץ עַד־מְהֵרָה יָרוּץ דְּבָרֽוֹ׃ hasholecha imrato aretz ad-meherah yarutz devaroHe sendeth out His commandment upon earth; His word runneth very swiftly. טז16 הַנֹּתֵן שֶׁלֶג כַּצָּמֶר כְּפוֹר כָּאֵפֶר יְפַזֵּֽר׃ hanoten sheleg katzamer kefor kaefer yefazerHe giveth snow like wool; He scattereth the hoar-frost like ashes. יז17 מַשְׁלִיךְ קַֽרְחוֹ כְפִתִּים לִפְנֵי קָרָתוֹ מִי יַעֲמֹֽד׃ mashlikh karcho khefitim lifnei karato mi yaamodHe casteth forth His ice like crumbs; who can stand before His cold? יח18 יִשְׁלַח דְּבָרוֹ וְיַמְסֵם יַשֵּׁב רוּחוֹ יִזְּלוּ־מָֽיִם׃ yishlach devaro veyamsem yashev rucho yizlu-mayimHe sendeth forth His word, and melteth them; He causeth His wind to blow, and the waters flow. יט19 מַגִּיד דברו לְיַעֲקֹב חֻקָּיו וּמִשְׁפָּטָיו לְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ magid dvrv leyaakov chukayv umishpatayv leyisraelHe declareth His word unto Jacob, His statutes and His ordinances unto Israel. כ20 לֹא עָשָׂה כֵן ׀ לְכָל־גּוֹי וּמִשְׁפָּטִים בַּל־יְדָעוּם הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃ lo asah khen ׀ lekhal-goy umishpatim bal-yedaum hallu-yahHe hath not dealt so with any nation; and as for His ordinances, they have not known them. Hallelujah.
