א1 שִׁיר מִזְמוֹר לִבְנֵי־קֹֽרַח׃ shir mizmor livnei-korachA Song; a Psalm of the sons of Korah. ב2 גָּדוֹל יְיָ וּמְהֻלָּל מְאֹד בְּעִיר אֱלֹהֵינוּ הַר־קָדְשֽׁוֹ׃ gadol Adonai umhulal meod beir eloheinu har-kadshoGreat is HaShem, and highly to be praised, in the city of our G-d, His holy mountain, ג3 יְפֵה נוֹף מְשׂוֹשׂ כָּל־הָאָרֶץ הַר־צִיּוֹן יַרְכְּתֵי צָפוֹן קִרְיַת מֶלֶךְ רָֽב׃ yefeh nof mesos kal-haaretz har-tziyon yarktei tzafon kiryat melekh ravFair in situation, the joy of the whole earth; even mount Zion, the uttermost parts of the north, the city of the great King. ד4 אֱלֹהִים בְּאַרְמְנוֹתֶיהָ נוֹדַע לְמִשְׂגָּֽב׃ Elohim bearmnoteiha noda lemisgavG-d in her palaces hath made Himself known for a stronghold. ה5 כִּֽי־הִנֵּה הַמְּלָכִים נֽוֹעֲדוּ עָבְרוּ יַחְדָּֽו׃ ki-hineh hamlakhim noadu avru yachdavFor, lo, the kings assembled themselves, they came onward together. ו6 הֵמָּה רָאוּ כֵּן תָּמָהוּ נִבְהֲלוּ נֶחְפָּֽזוּ׃ hemah rau ken tamahu nivhalu nechpazuThey saw, straightway they were amazed; they were affrighted, they hasted away. ז7 רְעָדָה אֲחָזָתַם שָׁם חִיל כַּיּוֹלֵֽדָה׃ readah achazatam sham chil kayoledahTrembling took hold of them there, pangs, as of a woman in travail. ח8 בְּרוּחַ קָדִים תְּשַׁבֵּר אֳנִיּוֹת תַּרְשִֽׁישׁ׃ berucha kadim teshaber oniyot tareshishWith the east wind Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish. ט9 כַּאֲשֶׁר שָׁמַעְנוּ ׀ כֵּן רָאִינוּ בְּעִיר־יְיָ צְבָאוֹת בְּעִיר אֱלֹהֵינוּ אֱלֹהִים יְכוֹנְנֶהָ עַד־עוֹלָם סֶֽלָה׃ kaasher shamanu ׀ ken rainu beir-Adonai tzevaot beir eloheinu Elohim yekhonneha ad-olam selahAs we have heard, so have we seen in the city of HaShem of hosts, in the city of our G-d--G-d establish it for ever. Selah י10 דִּמִּינוּ אֱלֹהִים חַסְדֶּךָ בְּקֶרֶב הֵיכָלֶֽךָ׃ diminu Elohim chasdekha bekerev heikhalekhaWe have thought on Thy lovingkindness, O G-d, in the midst of Thy temple. יא11 כְּשִׁמְךָ אֱלֹהִים כֵּן תְּהִלָּתְךָ עַל־קַצְוֵי־אֶרֶץ צֶדֶק מָלְאָה יְמִינֶֽךָ׃ keshimkha Elohim ken tehilatekha al-katzvei-eretz tzedek malah yeminekhaAs is Thy name, O G-d, so is Thy praise unto the ends of the earth; Thy right hand is full of righteousness. יב12 יִשְׂמַח ׀ הַר־צִיּוֹן תָּגֵלְנָה בְּנוֹת יְהוּדָה לְמַעַן מִשְׁפָּטֶֽיךָ׃ yismach ׀ har-tziyon tagelnah benot yehudah lemaan mishpateikhaLet mount Zion be glad, let the daughters of Judah rejoice, because of Thy judgments. יג13 סֹבּוּ צִיּוֹן וְהַקִּיפוּהָ סִפְרוּ מִגְדָּלֶֽיהָ׃ sobu tziyon vehakifuha sifru migdaleihaWalk about Zion, and go round about her; count the towers thereof. יד14 שִׁיתוּ לִבְּכֶם ׀ לְֽחֵילָה פַּסְּגוּ אַרְמְנוֹתֶיהָ לְמַעַן תְּסַפְּרוּ לְדוֹר אַחֲרֽוֹן׃ shitu libkhem ׀ lecheilah pasegu armnoteiha lemaan tesapru ledor acharonMark ye well her ramparts, traverse her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following. טו15 כִּי זֶה ׀ אֱלֹהִים אֱלֹהֵינוּ עוֹלָם וָעֶד הוּא יְנַהֲגֵנוּ עַל־מֽוּת׃ ki zeh ׀ Elohim eloheinu olam vaed hu yenahagenu al-mutFor such is G-d, our G-d, for ever and ever; He will guide us eternally.
