א1 הַלְלוּ יָהּ ׀ אוֹדֶה יְיָ בְּכָל־לֵבָב בְּסוֹד יְשָׁרִים וְעֵדָֽה׃ hallu yah ׀ odeh Adonai bekhal-levav besod yesharim veedahHallelujah. I will give thanks unto HaShem with my whole heart, in the council of the upright, and in the congregation. ב2 גְּדֹלִים מַעֲשֵׂי יְיָ דְּרוּשִׁים לְכָל־חֶפְצֵיהֶֽם׃ gedolim maasei Adonai derushim lekhal-cheftzeihemThe works of HaShem are great, sought out of all them that have delight therein. ג3 הוֹד־וְהָדָר פָּֽעֳלוֹ וְצִדְקָתוֹ עֹמֶדֶת לָעַֽד׃ hod-vehadar paolo vetzidkato omedet laadHis work is glory and majesty; and His righteousness endureth for ever. ד4 זֵכֶר עָשָׂה לְנִפְלְאֹתָיו חַנּוּן וְרַחוּם יְהוָֽה׃ zekher asah leniflotayv chanun verachum AdonaiHe hath made a memorial for His wonderful works; HaShem is gracious and full of compassion. ה5 טֶרֶף נָתַן לִֽירֵאָיו יִזְכֹּר לְעוֹלָם בְּרִיתֽוֹ׃ teref natan lireayv yizkor leolam beritoHe hath given food unto them that fear Him; He will ever be mindful of His covenant. ו6 כֹּחַ מַעֲשָׂיו הִגִּיד לְעַמּוֹ לָתֵת לָהֶם נַחֲלַת גּוֹיִֽם׃ kocha maasayv higid leamo latet lahem nachalat goyimHe hath declared to His people the power of His works, in giving them the heritage of the nations. ז7 מַעֲשֵׂי יָדָיו אֱמֶת וּמִשְׁפָּט נֶאֱמָנִים כָּל־פִּקּוּדָֽיו׃ maasei yadayv emet umishpat neemanim kal-pikudayvThe works of His hands are truth and justice; all His precepts are sure. ח8 סְמוּכִים לָעַד לְעוֹלָם עֲשׂוּיִם בֶּאֱמֶת וְיָשָֽׁר׃ semukhim laad leolam asuyim beemet veyasharThey are established for ever and ever, they are done in truth and uprightness. ט9 פְּדוּת ׀ שָׁלַח לְעַמּוֹ צִוָּֽה־לְעוֹלָם בְּרִיתוֹ קָדוֹשׁ וְנוֹרָא שְׁמֽוֹ׃ pedut ׀ shalach leamo tzivah-leolam berito kadosh venora shemoHe hath sent redemption unto His people; He hath commanded His covenant for ever; Holy and awful is His name. י10 רֵאשִׁית חָכְמָה ׀ יִרְאַת יְיָ שֵׂכֶל טוֹב לְכָל־עֹשֵׂיהֶם תְּהִלָּתוֹ עֹמֶדֶת לָעַֽד׃ reshit chakhmah ׀ yirat Adonai sekhel tov lekhal-oseihem tehilato omedet laadThe fear of HaShem is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all they that do thereafter; His praise endureth for ever.
