א1 לַמְנַצֵּחַ שִׁיר מִזְמוֹר הָרִיעוּ לֵאלֹהִים כָּל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ lamnatzecha shir mizmor hariyu lelohim kal-haaretzFor the Leader. A Song, a Psalm. Shout unto G-d, all the earth; ב2 זַמְּרוּ כְבֽוֹד־שְׁמוֹ שִׂימוּ כָבוֹד תְּהִלָּתֽוֹ׃ zamru khevod-shemo simu khavod tehilatoSing praises unto the glory of His name; make His praise glorious. ג3 אִמְרוּ לֵאלֹהִים מַה־נּוֹרָא מַעֲשֶׂיךָ בְּרֹב עֻזְּךָ יְֽכַחֲשׁוּ לְךָ אֹיְבֶֽיךָ׃ imru lelohim mah-nora maaseikha berov uzkha yekhachashu lekha oyveikhaSay unto G-d: 'How tremendous is Thy work! Through the greatness of Thy power shall Thine enemies dwindle away before Thee. ד4 כָּל־הָאָרֶץ ׀ יִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְךָ וִֽיזַמְּרוּ־לָךְ יְזַמְּרוּ שִׁמְךָ סֶֽלָה׃ kal-haaretz ׀ yishtachavu lekha vizamru-lakh yezamru shimkha selahAll the earth shall worship Thee, and shall sing praises unto Thee; they shall sing praises to Thy name.' Selah ה5 לְכוּ וּרְאוּ מִפְעֲלוֹת אֱלֹהִים נוֹרָא עֲלִילָה עַל־בְּנֵי אָדָֽם׃ lekhu uru mifalot Elohim nora alilah al-benei adamCome, and see the works of G-d; He is terrible in His doing toward the children of men. ו6 הָפַךְ יָם ׀ לְֽיַבָּשָׁה בַּנָּהָר יַֽעַבְרוּ בְרָגֶל שָׁם נִשְׂמְחָה־בּֽוֹ׃ hafakh yam ׀ leyabashah banahar yaavru veragel sham nismchah-boHe turned the sea into dry land; they went through the river on foot; there let us rejoice in Him! ז7 מֹשֵׁל בִּגְבוּרָתוֹ ׀ עוֹלָם עֵינָיו בַּגּוֹיִם תִּצְפֶּינָה הַסּוֹרְרִים ׀ אַל־ירימו לָמוֹ סֶֽלָה׃ moshel bigevurato ׀ olam einayv bagoyim titzepeinah hasorrim ׀ al-yrymv lamo selahWho ruleth by His might for ever; His eyes keep watch upon the nations; let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah ח8 בָּרְכוּ עַמִּים ׀ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְהַשְׁמִיעוּ קוֹל תְּהִלָּתֽוֹ׃ barekhu amim ׀ eloheinu vehashmiyu kol tehilatoBless our G-d, ye peoples, and make the voice of His praise to be heard; ט9 הַשָּׂם נַפְשֵׁנוּ בַּֽחַיִּים וְלֹֽא־נָתַן לַמּוֹט רַגְלֵֽנוּ׃ hasam nafshenu bachayim velo-natan lamot raglenuWho hath set our soul in life, and suffered not our foot to be moved, י10 כִּֽי־בְחַנְתָּנוּ אֱלֹהִים צְרַפְתָּנוּ כִּצְרָף־כָּֽסֶף׃ ki-vechantanu Elohim tzeraftanu kitzeraf-kasefFor Thou, O G-d, hast tried us; Thou hast refined us, as silver is refined. יא11 הֲבֵאתָנוּ בַמְּצוּדָה שַׂמְתָּ מוּעָקָה בְמָתְנֵֽינוּ׃ havetanu vamtzudah samta muakah vematneinuThou didst bring us into the hold; Thou didst lay constraint upon our loins. יב12 הִרְכַּבְתָּ אֱנוֹשׁ לְרֹאשֵׁנוּ בָּֽאנוּ־בָאֵשׁ וּבַמַּיִם וַתּוֹצִיאֵנוּ לָֽרְוָיָֽה׃ hirkaveta enosh leroshenu banu-vaesh uvamayim vatotziyenu larvayahThou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; but Thou didst bring us out unto abundance. יג13 אָבוֹא בֵיתְךָ בְעוֹלוֹת אֲשַׁלֵּם לְךָ נְדָרָֽי׃ avo veitkha veolot ashalem lekha nedarayI will come into Thy house with burnt-offerings, I will perform unto Thee my vows, יד14 אֲשֶׁר־פָּצוּ שְׂפָתָי וְדִבֶּר־פִּי בַּצַּר־לִֽי׃ asher-patzu sefatay vediber-pi batzar-liWhich my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress. טו15 עֹלוֹת מֵחִים אַעֲלֶה־לָּךְ עִם־קְטֹרֶת אֵילִים אֶעֱשֶֽׂה בָקָר עִם־עַתּוּדִים סֶֽלָה׃ olot mechim aaleh-lakhe im-ketoret eilim eeseh vakar im-atudim selahI will offer unto Thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, with the sweet smoke of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah טז16 לְכֽוּ־שִׁמְעוּ וַאֲסַפְּרָה כָּל־יִרְאֵי אֱלֹהִים אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה לְנַפְשִֽׁי׃ lekhu-shimu vaasaprah kal-yirei Elohim asher asah lenafshiCome, and hearken, all ye that fear G-d, and I will declare what He hath done for my soul. יז17 אֵלָיו פִּֽי־קָרָאתִי וְרוֹמַם תַּחַת לְשׁוֹנִֽי׃ elayv pi-karati veromam tachat leshoniI cried unto Him with my mouth, and He was extolled with my tongue. יח18 אָוֶן אִם־רָאִיתִי בְלִבִּי לֹא יִשְׁמַע ׀ אֲדֹנָֽי׃ aven im-raiti velibi lo yishma ׀ adonayIf I had regarded iniquity in my heart, the L-rd would not hear; יט19 אָכֵן שָׁמַע אֱלֹהִים הִקְשִׁיב בְּקוֹל תְּפִלָּתִֽי׃ akhen shama Elohim hikshiv bekol tefilatiBut verily G-d hath heard; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer. כ20 בָּרוּךְ אֱלֹהִים אֲשֶׁר לֹֽא־הֵסִיר תְּפִלָּתִי וְחַסְדּוֹ מֵאִתִּֽי׃ barukh Elohim asher lo-hesir tefilati vechasdo meitiBlessed be G-d, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor His mercy from me.
