א1 אַשְׁרֵי תְמִֽימֵי־דָרֶךְ הַֽהֹלְכִים בְּתוֹרַת יְהוָֽה׃ ashrei temimei-darekh haholkhim betorat AdonaiALEPH. Happy are they that are upright in the way, who walk in the law of HaShem. ב2 אַשְׁרֵי נֹצְרֵי עֵדֹתָיו בְּכָל־לֵב יִדְרְשֽׁוּהוּ׃ ashrei notzrei edotayv bekhal-lev yidrshuhuHappy are they that keep His testimonies, that seek Him with the whole heart. ג3 אַף לֹֽא־פָעֲלוּ עַוְלָה בִּדְרָכָיו הָלָֽכוּ׃ af lo-faalu avlah biderakhayv halakhuYea, they do no unrighteousness; they walk in His ways. ד4 אַתָּה צִוִּיתָה פִקֻּדֶיךָ לִשְׁמֹר מְאֹֽד׃ atah tzivitah fikudeikha lishmor meodThou hast ordained Thy precepts, that we should observe them diligently. ה5 אַחֲלַי יִכֹּנוּ דְרָכָי לִשְׁמֹר חֻקֶּֽיךָ׃ achalay yikonu derakhay lishmor chukeikhaOh that my ways were directed to observe Thy statutes! ו6 אָז לֹא־אֵבוֹשׁ בְּהַבִּיטִי אֶל־כָּל־מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃ az lo-evosh behabiti el-kal-mitzoteikhaThen should I not be ashamed, when I have regard unto all Thy commandments. ז7 אוֹדְךָ בְּיֹשֶׁר לֵבָב בְּלָמְדִי מִשְׁפְּטֵי צִדְקֶֽךָ׃ odkha beyosher levav belamdi mishptei tzidkekhaI will give thanks unto Thee with uprightness of heart, when I learn Thy righteous ordinances. ח8 אֶת־חֻקֶּיךָ אֶשְׁמֹר אַֽל־תַּעַזְבֵנִי עַד־מְאֹֽד׃ et-chukeikha eshmor al-taazveni ad-meodI will observe Thy statutes; O forsake me not utterly. ט9 בַּמֶּה יְזַכֶּה־נַּעַר אֶת־אָרְחוֹ לִשְׁמֹר כִּדְבָרֶֽךָ׃ bameh yezakeh-naar et-archo lishmor kidevarekhaBETH. Wherewithal shall a young man keep his way pure? By taking heed thereto according to Thy word. י10 בְּכָל־לִבִּי דְרַשְׁתִּיךָ אַל־תַּשְׁגֵּנִי מִמִּצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃ bekhal-libi derashtikha al-tashegeni mimitzeoteikhaWith my whole heart have I sought Thee; O let me not err from Thy commandments. יא11 בְּלִבִּי צָפַנְתִּי אִמְרָתֶךָ לְמַעַן לֹא אֶֽחֱטָא־לָֽךְ׃ belibi tzafanti imratekha lemaan lo echeta-lakhThy word have I laid up in my heart, that I might not sin against Thee. יב12 בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ לַמְּדֵנִי חֻקֶּֽיךָ׃ barukh atah Adonai lamdeni chukeikhaBlessed art Thou, O HaShem; teach me Thy statutes. יג13 בִּשְׂפָתַי סִפַּרְתִּי כֹּל מִשְׁפְּטֵי־פִֽיךָ׃ bisefatay sipareti kol mishptei-fikhaWith my lips have I told all the ordinances of Thy mouth. יד14 בְּדֶרֶךְ עֵדְוֺתֶיךָ שַׂשְׂתִּי כְּעַל כָּל־הֽוֹן׃ bederekh edoteikha sasti keal kal-honI have rejoiced in the way of Thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. טו15 בְּפִקֻּדֶיךָ אָשִׂיחָה וְאַבִּיטָה אֹרְחֹתֶֽיךָ׃ befikudeikha asichah veabitah orchoteikhaI will meditate in Thy precepts, and have respect unto Thy ways. טז16 בְּחֻקֹּתֶיךָ אֶֽשְׁתַּעֲשָׁע לֹא אֶשְׁכַּח דְּבָרֶֽךָ׃ bechukoteikha eshtaasha lo eshkach devarekhaI will delight myself in Thy statutes; I will not forget Thy word. יז17 גְּמֹל עַֽל־עַבְדְּךָ אֶֽחְיֶה וְאֶשְׁמְרָה דְבָרֶֽךָ׃ gemol al-avdkha echyeh veeshmrah devarekhaGIMEL. Deal bountifully with Thy servant that I may live, and I will observe Thy word. יח18 גַּל־עֵינַי וְאַבִּיטָה נִפְלָאוֹת מִתּוֹרָתֶֽךָ׃ gal-einay veabitah niflaot mitoratekhaOpen Thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Thy law. יט19 גֵּר אָנֹכִי בָאָרֶץ אַל־תַּסְתֵּר מִמֶּנִּי מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃ ger anokhi vaaretz al-taseter mimeni mitzoteikhaI am a sojourner in the earth; hide not Thy commandments from me. כ20 גָּרְסָה נַפְשִׁי לְתַאֲבָה אֶֽל־מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ בְכָל־עֵֽת׃ garesah nafshi letaavah el-mishpateikha vekhal-etMy soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto Thine ordinances at all times. כא21 גָּעַרְתָּ זֵדִים אֲרוּרִים הַשֹּׁגִים מִמִּצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃ gaarta zedim arurim hashogim mimitzeoteikhaThou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, that do err from Thy commandments. כב22 גַּל מֵֽעָלַי חֶרְפָּה וָבוּז כִּי עֵדֹתֶיךָ נָצָֽרְתִּי׃ gal mealay cherpah vavuz ki edoteikha natzartiTake away from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept Thy testimonies. כג23 גַּם יָֽשְׁבוּ שָׂרִים בִּי נִדְבָּרוּ עַבְדְּךָ יָשִׂיחַ בְּחֻקֶּֽיךָ׃ gam yashvu sarim bi nidbaru avdkha yasicha bechukeikhaEven though princes sit and talk against me, thy servant doth meditate in Thy statutes. כד24 גַּֽם־עֵדֹתֶיךָ שַׁעֲשֻׁעָי אַנְשֵׁי עֲצָתִֽי׃ gam-edoteikha shaashuay anshei atzatiYea, Thy testimonies are my delight, they are my counsellors. כה25 דָּֽבְקָה לֶעָפָר נַפְשִׁי חַיֵּנִי כִּדְבָרֶֽךָ׃ davekah leafar nafshi chayeni kidevarekhaDALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust; quicken Thou me according to Thy word. כו26 דְּרָכַי סִפַּרְתִּי וַֽתַּעֲנֵנִי לַמְּדֵנִי חֻקֶּֽיךָ׃ derakhay sipareti vataaneni lamdeni chukeikhaI told of my ways, and Thou didst answer me; teach me Thy statutes. כז27 דֶּֽרֶךְ־פִּקּוּדֶיךָ הֲבִינֵנִי וְאָשִׂיחָה בְּנִפְלְאוֹתֶֽיךָ׃ derekh-pikudeikha havineni veasichah benifloteikhaMake me to understand the way of Thy precepts, that I may talk of Thy wondrous works. כח28 דָּלְפָה נַפְשִׁי מִתּוּגָה קַיְּמֵנִי כִּדְבָרֶֽךָ׃ dalefah nafshi mitugah kaymeni kidevarekhaMy soul melteth away for heaviness; sustain me according unto Thy word. כט29 דֶּֽרֶךְ־שֶׁקֶר הָסֵר מִמֶּנִּי וְֽתוֹרָתְךָ חָנֵּֽנִי׃ derekh-sheker haser mimeni vetoratkha chaneniRemove from me the way of falsehood; and grant me Thy law graciously. ל30 דֶּֽרֶךְ־אֱמוּנָה בָחָרְתִּי מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ שִׁוִּֽיתִי׃ derekh-emunah vacharti mishpateikha shivitiI have chosen the way of faithfulness; Thine ordinances have I set before me. לא31 דָּבַקְתִּי בְעֵֽדְוֺתֶיךָ יְיָ אַל־תְּבִישֵֽׁנִי׃ davakti veedoteikha Adonai al-tevisheniI cleave unto Thy testimonies; O HaShem, put me not to shame. לב32 דֶּֽרֶךְ־מִצְוֺתֶיךָ אָרוּץ כִּי תַרְחִיב לִבִּֽי׃ derekh-mitzoteikha arutz ki tarchiv libiI will run the way of Thy commandments, for Thou dost enlarge my heart. לג33 הוֹרֵנִי יְיָ דֶּרֶךְ חֻקֶּיךָ וְאֶצְּרֶנָּה עֵֽקֶב׃ horeni Adonai derekh chukeikha veetzrenah ekevHE. Teach me, O HaShem, the way of Thy statutes; and I will keep it at every step. לד34 הֲבִינֵנִי וְאֶצְּרָה תֽוֹרָתֶךָ וְאֶשְׁמְרֶנָּה בְכָל־לֵֽב׃ havineni veetzrah toratekha veeshmrenah vekhal-levGive me understanding, that I keep Thy law and observe it with my whole heart. לה35 הַדְרִיכֵנִי בִּנְתִיב מִצְוֺתֶיךָ כִּי־בוֹ חָפָֽצְתִּי׃ hadrikheni binetiv mitzoteikha ki-vo chafatztiMake me to tread in the path of Thy commandments; for therein do I delight. לו36 הַט־לִבִּי אֶל־עֵדְוֺתֶיךָ וְאַל אֶל־בָּֽצַע׃ hat-libi el-edoteikha veal el-batzaIncline my heart unto Thy testimonies, and not to covetousness. לז37 הַעֲבֵר עֵינַי מֵרְאוֹת שָׁוְא בִּדְרָכֶךָ חַיֵּֽנִי׃ haaver einay merot shav biderakhekha chayeniTurn away mine eyes from beholding vanity, and quicken me in Thy ways. לח38 הָקֵם לְעַבְדְּךָ אִמְרָתֶךָ אֲשֶׁר לְיִרְאָתֶֽךָ׃ hakem leavdkha imratekha asher leyiratekhaConfirm Thy word unto Thy servant, which pertaineth unto the fear of Thee. לט39 הַעֲבֵר חֶרְפָּתִי אֲשֶׁר יָגֹרְתִּי כִּי מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ טוֹבִֽים׃ haaver cherpati asher yagorti ki mishpateikha tovimTurn away my reproach which I dread; for Thine ordinances are good. מ40 הִנֵּה תָּאַבְתִּי לְפִקֻּדֶיךָ בְּצִדְקָתְךָ חַיֵּֽנִי׃ hineh taavti lefikudeikha betzidkatkha chayeniBehold, I have longed after Thy precepts; quicken me in Thy righteousness. מא41 וִֽיבֹאֻנִי חֲסָדֶךָ יְיָ תְּשֽׁוּעָתְךָ כְּאִמְרָתֶֽךָ׃ vivouni chasadekha Adonai teshuatkha keimratekhaVAV. Let Thy mercies also come unto me, O HaShem, even Thy salvation, according to Thy word; מב42 וְאֶֽעֱנֶה חֹרְפִי דָבָר כִּֽי־בָטַחְתִּי בִּדְבָרֶֽךָ׃ veeneh chorfi davar ki-vatachti bidevarekhaThat I may have an answer for him that taunteth me; for I trust in Thy word. מג43 וְֽאַל־תַּצֵּל מִפִּי דְבַר־אֱמֶת עַד־מְאֹד כִּי לְמִשְׁפָּטֶךָ יִחָֽלְתִּי׃ veal-tatzel mipi devar-emet ad-meod ki lemishpatekha yichaltiAnd take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I hope in Thine ordinances; מד44 וְאֶשְׁמְרָה תוֹרָתְךָ תָמִיד לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃ veeshmrah toratkha tamid leolam vaedSo shall I observe Thy law continually for ever and ever; מה45 וְאֶתְהַלְּכָה בָרְחָבָה כִּי פִקֻּדֶיךָ דָרָֽשְׁתִּי׃ veethalkhah varchavah ki fikudeikha darashtiAnd I will walk at ease, for I have sought Thy precepts; מו46 וַאֲדַבְּרָה בְעֵדֹתֶיךָ נֶגֶד מְלָכִים וְלֹא אֵבֽוֹשׁ׃ vaadabrah veedoteikha neged melakhim velo evoshI will also speak of Thy testimonies before kings, and will not be ashamed. מז47 וְאֶשְׁתַּֽעֲשַׁע בְּמִצְוֺתֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר אָהָֽבְתִּי׃ veeshtaasha bemitzoteikha asher ahavtiAnd I will delight myself in Thy commandments, which I have loved. מח48 וְאֶשָּֽׂא־כַפַּי אֶֽל־מִצְוֺתֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר אָהָבְתִּי וְאָשִׂיחָה בְחֻקֶּֽיךָ׃ veesa-khapay el-mitzoteikha asher ahavti veasichah vechukeikhaI will lift up my hands also unto Thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in Thy statutes. מט49 זְכֹר־דָּבָר לְעַבְדֶּךָ עַל אֲשֶׁר יִֽחַלְתָּֽנִי׃ zekhor-davar leavdekha al asher yichaltaniZAIN. Remember the word unto Thy servant, because Thou hast made me to hope. נ50 זֹאת נֶחָמָתִי בְעָנְיִי כִּי אִמְרָתְךָ חִיָּֽתְנִי׃ zot nechamati veanyi ki imratkha chiyateniThis is my comfort in my affliction, that Thy word hath quickened me. נא51 זֵדִים הֱלִיצֻנִי עַד־מְאֹד מִתּֽוֹרָתְךָ לֹא נָטִֽיתִי׃ zedim helitzuni ad-meod mitoratkha lo natitiThe proud have had me greatly in derision; yet have I not turned aside from Thy law. נב52 זָכַרְתִּי מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ מֵעוֹלָם ׀ יְיָ וָֽאֶתְנֶחָֽם׃ zakharti mishpateikha meolam ׀ Adonai vaetnechamI have remembered Thine ordinances which are of old, O HaShem, and have comforted myself. נג53 זַלְעָפָה אֲחָזַתְנִי מֵרְשָׁעִים עֹזְבֵי תּוֹרָתֶֽךָ׃ zalafah achazatni mershaim ozvei toratekhaBurning indignation hath taken hold upon me, because of the wicked that forsake Thy law. נד54 זְמִרוֹת הָֽיוּ־לִי חֻקֶּיךָ בְּבֵית מְגוּרָֽי׃ zemirot hayu-li chukeikha beveit megurayThy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage. נה55 זָכַרְתִּי בַלַּיְלָה שִׁמְךָ יְיָ וָֽאֶשְׁמְרָה תּוֹרָתֶֽךָ׃ zakharti valayelah shimkha Adonai vaeshmrah toratekhaI have remembered Thy name, O HaShem, in the night, and have observed Thy law. נו56 זֹאת הָֽיְתָה־לִּי כִּי פִקֻּדֶיךָ נָצָֽרְתִּי׃ zot haytah-li ki fikudeikha natzartiThis I have had, that I have kept Thy precepts. נז57 חֶלְקִי יְיָ אָמַרְתִּי לִשְׁמֹר דְּבָרֶֽיךָ׃ chelki Adonai amarti lishmor devareikhaHETH. My portion is HaShem, I have said that I would observe Thy words. נח58 חִלִּיתִי פָנֶיךָ בְכָל־לֵב חָנֵּנִי כְּאִמְרָתֶֽךָ׃ chiliti faneikha vekhal-lev chaneni keimratekhaI have entreated Thy favour with my whole heart; be gracious unto me according to Thy word. נט59 חִשַּׁבְתִּי דְרָכָי וָאָשִׁיבָה רַגְלַי אֶל־עֵדֹתֶֽיךָ׃ chishaveti derakhay vaashivah raglay el-edoteikhaI considered my ways, and turned my feet unto Thy testimonies. ס60 חַשְׁתִּי וְלֹא הִתְמַהְמָהְתִּי לִשְׁמֹר מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃ chashti velo hitmahmahti lishmor mitzoteikhaI made haste, and delayed not, to observe Thy commandments. סא61 חֶבְלֵי רְשָׁעִים עִוְּדֻנִי תּֽוֹרָתְךָ לֹא שָׁכָֽחְתִּי׃ chevlei reshaim ivduni toratkha lo shakhachtiThe bands of the wicked have enclosed me; but I have not forgotten Thy law. סב62 חֲצֽוֹת־לַיְלָה אָקוּם לְהוֹדוֹת לָךְ עַל מִשְׁפְּטֵי צִדְקֶֽךָ׃ chatzot-laylah akum lehodot lakh al mishptei tzidkekhaAt midnight I will rise to give thanks unto Thee because of Thy righteous ordinances. סג63 חָבֵר אָנִי לְכָל־אֲשֶׁר יְרֵאוּךָ וּלְשֹׁמְרֵי פִּקּוּדֶֽיךָ׃ chaver ani lekhal-asher yereukha ulshomrei pikudeikhaI am a companion of all them that fear Thee, and of them that observe Thy precepts. סד64 חַסְדְּךָ יְיָ מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ חֻקֶּיךָ לַמְּדֵֽנִי׃ chasdkha Adonai malah haaretz chukeikha lamdeniThe earth, O HaShem, is full of Thy mercy; teach me Thy statutes. סה65 טוֹב עָשִׂיתָ עִֽם־עַבְדְּךָ יְיָ כִּדְבָרֶֽךָ׃ tov asita im-avdkha Adonai kidevarekhaTETH. Thou hast dealt well with Thy servant, O HaShem, according unto Thy word. סו66 טוּב טַעַם וָדַעַת לַמְּדֵנִי כִּי בְמִצְוֺתֶיךָ הֶאֱמָֽנְתִּי׃ tuv taam vadaat lamdeni ki vemitzoteikha heemantiTeach me good discernment and knowledge; for I have believed Thy commandments. סז67 טֶרֶם אֶעֱנֶה אֲנִי שֹׁגֵג וְעַתָּה אִמְרָתְךָ שָׁמָֽרְתִּי׃ terem eeneh ani shogeg veatah imratkha shamartiBefore I was afflicted, I did err; but now I observe Thy word. סח68 טוֹב־אַתָּה וּמֵטִיב לַמְּדֵנִי חֻקֶּֽיךָ׃ tov-atah umetiv lamdeni chukeikhaThou art good, and doest good; teach me Thy statutes. סט69 טָפְלוּ עָלַי שֶׁקֶר זֵדִים אֲנִי בְּכָל־לֵב ׀ אֱצֹּר פִּקּוּדֶֽיךָ׃ taflu alay sheker zedim ani bekhal-lev ׀ etzor pikudeikhaThe proud have forged a lie against me; but I with my whole heart will keep Thy precepts. ע70 טָפַשׁ כַּחֵלֶב לִבָּם אֲנִי תּוֹרָתְךָ שִֽׁעֲשָֽׁעְתִּי׃ tafash kachelev libam ani toratkha shiashatiTheir heart is gross like fat; but I delight in Thy law. עא71 טֽוֹב־לִי כִֽי־עֻנֵּיתִי לְמַעַן אֶלְמַד חֻקֶּֽיךָ׃ tov-li khi-uneiti lemaan elmad chukeikhaIt is good for me that I have been afflicted, in order that I might learn Thy statutes. עב72 טֽוֹב־לִי תֽוֹרַת־פִּיךָ מֵאַלְפֵי זָהָב וָכָֽסֶף׃ tov-li torat-pikha mealfei zahav vakhasefThe law of Thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver. עג73 יָדֶיךָ עָשׂוּנִי וַֽיְכוֹנְנוּנִי הֲבִינֵנִי וְאֶלְמְדָה מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃ yadeikha asuni vaykhonnuni havineni veelmdah mitzoteikhaJOD. Thy hands have made me and fashioned me; give me understanding, that I may learn Thy commandments. עד74 יְרֵאֶיךָ יִרְאוּנִי וְיִשְׂמָחוּ כִּי לִדְבָרְךָ יִחָֽלְתִּי׃ yereeikha yiruni veyismachu ki lidvarkha yichaltiThey that fear Thee shall see me and be glad, because I have hope in Thy word. עה75 יָדַעְתִּי יְיָ כִּי־צֶדֶק מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ וֶאֱמוּנָה עִנִּיתָֽנִי׃ yadati Adonai ki-tzedek mishpateikha veemunah initaniI know, O HaShem, that Thy judgments are righteous, and that in faithfulness Thou hast afflicted me. עו76 יְהִי־נָא חַסְדְּךָ לְנַחֲמֵנִי כְּאִמְרָתְךָ לְעַבְדֶּֽךָ׃ yehi-na chasdkha lenachameni keimratkha leavdekhaLet, I pray Thee, Thy lovingkindness be ready to comfort me, according to Thy promise unto Thy servant. עז77 יְבֹאוּנִי רַחֲמֶיךָ וְאֶֽחְיֶה כִּי־תֽוֹרָתְךָ שַֽׁעֲשֻׁעָֽי׃ yevouni rachameikha veechyeh ki-toratkha shaashuayLet Thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live; for Thy law is my delight. עח78 יֵבֹשׁוּ זֵדִים כִּי־שֶׁקֶר עִוְּתוּנִי אֲנִי אָשִׂיחַ בְּפִקּוּדֶֽיךָ׃ yevoshu zedim ki-sheker ivtuni ani asicha befikudeikhaLet the proud be put to shame, for they have distorted my cause with falsehood; but I will meditate in Thy precepts. עט79 יָשׁוּבוּ לִי יְרֵאֶיךָ וידעו עֵדֹתֶֽיךָ׃ yashuvu li yereeikha vydv edoteikhaLet those that fear Thee return unto me, and they that know Thy testimonies. פ80 יְהִֽי־לִבִּי תָמִים בְּחֻקֶּיךָ לְמַעַן לֹא אֵבֽוֹשׁ׃ yehi-libi tamim bechukeikha lemaan lo evoshLet my heart be undivided in Thy statutes, in order that I may not be put to shame. פא81 כָּלְתָה לִתְשׁוּעָתְךָ נַפְשִׁי לִדְבָרְךָ יִחָֽלְתִּי׃ kaletah litshuatkha nafshi lidvarkha yichaltiCAPH. My soul pineth for Thy salvation; in Thy word do I hope. פב82 כָּלוּ עֵינַי לְאִמְרָתֶךָ לֵאמֹר מָתַי תְּֽנַחֲמֵֽנִי׃ kalu einay leimratekha lemor matay tenachameniMine eyes fail for Thy word, saying: 'When wilt Thou comfort me?' פג83 כִּֽי־הָיִיתִי כְּנֹאד בְּקִיטוֹר חֻקֶּיךָ לֹא שָׁכָֽחְתִּי׃ ki-hayiti kenod bekitor chukeikha lo shakhachtiFor I am become like a wine-skin in the smoke; yet do I not forget Thy statutes. פד84 כַּמָּה יְמֵֽי־עַבְדֶּךָ מָתַי תַּעֲשֶׂה בְרֹדְפַי מִשְׁפָּֽט׃ kamah yemei-avdekha matay taaseh verodfay mishpatHow many are the days of Thy servant? When wilt Thou execute judgment on them that persecute me? פה85 כָּֽרוּ־לִי זֵדִים שִׁיחוֹת אֲשֶׁר לֹא כְתוֹרָתֶֽךָ׃ karu-li zedim shichot asher lo khetoratekhaThe proud have digged pits for me, which is not according to Thy law. פו86 כָּל־מִצְוֺתֶיךָ אֱמוּנָה שֶׁקֶר רְדָפוּנִי עָזְרֵֽנִי׃ kal-mitzoteikha emunah sheker redafuni azreniAll Thy commandments are faithful; they persecute me for nought; help Thou me. פז87 כִּמְעַט כִּלּוּנִי בָאָרֶץ וַאֲנִי לֹא־עָזַבְתִּי פִקֻּודֶֽיךָ׃ kimeat kiluni vaaretz vaani lo-azavti fikuvdeikhaThey had almost consumed me upon earth; but as for me, I forsook not Thy precepts. פח88 כְּחַסְדְּךָ חַיֵּנִי וְאֶשְׁמְרָה עֵדוּת פִּֽיךָ׃ kechasdkha chayeni veeshmrah edut pikhaQuicken me after Thy lovingkindness, and I will observe the testimony of Thy mouth. פט89 לְעוֹלָם יְיָ דְּבָרְךָ נִצָּב בַּשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ leolam Adonai devarkha nitzav bashamayimLAMED. For ever, O HaShem, Thy word standeth fast in heaven. צ90 לְדֹר וָדֹר אֱמֽוּנָתֶךָ כּוֹנַנְתָּ אֶרֶץ וַֽתַּעֲמֹֽד׃ ledor vador emunatekha konanta eretz vataamodThy faithfulness is unto all generations; Thou hast established the earth, and it standeth. צא91 לְֽמִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ עָמְדוּ הַיּוֹם כִּי הַכֹּל עֲבָדֶֽיךָ׃ lemishpateikha amdu hayom ki hakol avadeikhaThey stand this day according to Thine ordinances; for all things are Thy servants. צב92 לוּלֵי תוֹרָתְךָ שַׁעֲשֻׁעָי אָז אָבַדְתִּי בְעָנְיִֽי׃ lulei toratkha shaashuay az avadti veanyiUnless Thy law had been my delight, I should then have perished in mine affliction. צג93 לְעוֹלָם לֹא־אֶשְׁכַּח פִּקּוּדֶיךָ כִּי בָם חִיִּיתָֽנִי׃ leolam lo-eshkach pikudeikha ki vam chiyitaniI will never forget Thy precepts; for with them Thou hast quickened me. צד94 לְֽךָ־אֲנִי הוֹשִׁיעֵנִי כִּי פִקּוּדֶיךָ דָרָֽשְׁתִּי׃ lekha-ani hoshiyeni ki fikudeikha darashtiI am Thine, save me; for I have sought Thy precepts. צה95 לִי קִוּוּ רְשָׁעִים לְאַבְּדֵנִי עֵדֹתֶיךָ אֶתְבּוֹנָֽן׃ li kiuu reshaim leabdeni edoteikha etbonanThe wicked have waited for me to destroy me; but I will consider Thy testimonies. צו96 לְֽכָל תִּכְלָה רָאִיתִי קֵץ רְחָבָה מִצְוָתְךָ מְאֹֽד׃ lekhal tikhelah raiti ketz rechavah mitzvatkha meodI have seen an end to every purpose; but Thy commandment is exceeding broad.
