א1 לַמְנַצֵּחַ ׀ עַֽל־נְגִינַת לְדָוִֽד׃ lamnatzecha ׀ al-neginat ledavidFor the Leader; with string-music. A Psalm of David. ב2 שִׁמְעָה אֱלֹהִים רִנָּתִי הַקְשִׁיבָה תְּפִלָּתִֽי׃ shimah Elohim rinati hakshivah tefilatiHear my cry, O G-d; attend unto my prayer. ג3 מִקְצֵה הָאָרֶץ ׀ אֵלֶיךָ אֶקְרָא בַּעֲטֹף לִבִּי בְּצוּר־יָרוּם מִמֶּנִּי תַנְחֵֽנִי׃ miktzeh haaretz ׀ eleikha ekra baatof libi betzur-yarum mimeni tancheniFrom the end of the earth will I call unto Thee, when my heart fainteth; lead me to a rock that is too high for me. ד4 כִּֽי־הָיִיתָ מַחְסֶה לִי מִגְדַּל־עֹז מִפְּנֵי אוֹיֵֽב׃ ki-hayita machseh li migdal-oz mipnei oyevFor Thou hast been a refuge for me, a tower of strength in the face of the enemy. ה5 אָגוּרָה בְאָהָלְךָ עוֹלָמִים אֶֽחֱסֶה בְסֵתֶר כְּנָפֶיךָ סֶּֽלָה׃ agurah veahalkha olamim echeseh veseter kenafeikha selahI will dwell in Thy Tent for ever; I will take refuge in the covert of Thy wings. Selah ו6 כִּֽי־אַתָּה אֱלֹהִים שָׁמַעְתָּ לִנְדָרָי נָתַתָּ יְרֻשַּׁת יִרְאֵי שְׁמֶֽךָ׃ ki-atah Elohim shamata lindaray natata yerushat yirei shemekhaFor Thou, O G-d, hast heard my vows; Thou hast granted the heritage of those that fear Thy name. ז7 יָמִים עַל־יְמֵי־מֶלֶךְ תּוֹסִיף שְׁנוֹתָיו כְּמוֹ־דֹר וָדֹֽר׃ yamim al-yemei-melekh tosif shenotayv kemo-dor vadorMayest Thou add days unto the king's days! May his years be as many generations! ח8 יֵשֵׁב עוֹלָם לִפְנֵי אֱלֹהִים חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת מַן יִנְצְרֻֽהוּ׃ yeshev olam lifnei Elohim chesed veemet man yintzruhuMay he be enthroned before G-d for ever! Appoint mercy and truth, that they may preserve him. ט9 כֵּן אֲזַמְּרָה שִׁמְךָ לָעַד לְֽשַׁלְּמִי נְדָרַי יוֹם ׀ יֽוֹם׃ ken azamrah shimkha laad leshalmi nedaray yom ׀ yomSo will I sing praise unto Thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.
