א1 הַלְלוּ יָהּ ׀ הַֽלְלוּ אֶת־יְיָ מִן־הַשָּׁמַיִם הַֽלְלוּהוּ בַּמְּרוֹמִֽים׃ hallu yah ׀ hallu et-Adonai min-hashamayim halluhu bameromimHallelujah. Praise ye HaShem from the heavens; praise Him in the heights. ב2 הַֽלְלוּהוּ כָל־מַלְאָכָיו הַֽלְלוּהוּ כָּל־צבאו׃ halluhu khal-malakhayv halluhu kal-tzvvPraise ye Him, all His angels; praise ye Him, all His hosts. ג3 הַֽלְלוּהוּ שֶׁמֶשׁ וְיָרֵחַ הַלְלוּהוּ כָּל־כּוֹכְבֵי אֽוֹר׃ halluhu shemesh veyarecha halluhu kal-kokhvei orPraise ye Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all ye stars of light. ד4 הַֽלְלוּהוּ שְׁמֵי הַשָּׁמָיִם וְהַמַּיִם אֲשֶׁר ׀ מֵעַל הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ halluhu shemei hashamayim vehamayim asher ׀ meal hashamayimPraise Him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens. ה5 יְֽהַֽלְלוּ אֶת־שֵׁם יְיָ כִּי הוּא צִוָּה וְנִבְרָֽאוּ׃ yehallu et-shem Adonai ki hu tzivah venivrauLet them praise the name of HaShem; for He commanded, and they were created. ו6 וַיַּעֲמִידֵם לָעַד לְעוֹלָם חָק־נָתַן וְלֹא יַעֲבֽוֹר׃ vayaamidem laad leolam chak-natan velo yaavorHe hath also established them for ever and ever; He hath made a decree which shall not be transgressed. ז7 הַֽלְלוּ אֶת־יְיָ מִן־הָאָרֶץ תַּנִּינִים וְכָל־תְּהֹמֽוֹת׃ hallu et-Adonai min-haaretz taninim vekhal-tehomotPraise HaShem from the earth, ye sea-monsters, and all deeps; ח8 אֵשׁ וּבָרָד שֶׁלֶג וְקִיטוֹר רוּחַ סְעָרָה עֹשָׂה דְבָרֽוֹ׃ esh uvarad sheleg vekitor rucha searah osah devaroFire and hail, snow and vapour, stormy wind, fulfilling His word; ט9 הֶהָרִים וְכָל־גְּבָעוֹת עֵץ פְּרִי וְכָל־אֲרָזִֽים׃ heharim vekhal-gevaot etz peri vekhal-arazimMountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars; י10 הַֽחַיָּה וְכָל־בְּהֵמָה רֶמֶשׂ וְצִפּוֹר כָּנָֽף׃ hachayah vekhal-behemah remes vetzipor kanafBeasts and all cattle, creeping things and winged fowl; יא11 מַלְכֵי־אֶרֶץ וְכָל־לְאֻמִּים שָׂרִים וְכָל־שֹׁפְטֵי אָֽרֶץ׃ malkhei-eretz vekhal-leumim sarim vekhal-shoftei aretzKings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth; יב12 בַּחוּרִים וְגַם־בְּתוּלוֹת זְקֵנִים עִם־נְעָרִֽים׃ bachurim vegam-betulot zekenim im-nearimBoth young men and maidens, old men and children; יג13 יְהַלְלוּ ׀ אֶת־שֵׁם יְיָ כִּֽי־נִשְׂגָּב שְׁמוֹ לְבַדּוֹ הוֹדוֹ עַל־אֶרֶץ וְשָׁמָֽיִם׃ yehallu ׀ et-shem Adonai ki-nisgav shemo levado hodo al-eretz veshamayimLet them praise the name of HaShem, for His name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and heaven. יד14 וַיָּרֶם קֶרֶן ׀ לְעַמּוֹ תְּהִלָּה לְֽכָל־חֲסִידָיו לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עַֽם־קְרֹבוֹ הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃ vayarem keren ׀ leamo tehilah lekhal-chasidayv livnei yisrael am-kerovo hallu-yahAnd He hath lifted up a horn for His people, a praise for all His saints, even for the children of Israel, a people near unto Him.
